OUR STORY
Our journey began in 2018 with a mission to offer the newest, cutting edge competitive experience to studio directors, students and parents.
We want to get to know you, your goals, and help you connect and give you every opportunity possible.

We started with a commitment to giving not only the ultimate competition experience but more importantly the tools they need to learn the ins and outs of the industry, to learn how to break in and be successful members of the professional side of performance.
The pandemic hit one week before our first season. Initially our competition was going to be a road to our educational arm - real and true information about breaking into performance arts careers. Covid changed our initial plan.
We pivoted and are now focused on career education & career guidance.
LAUNCH, The Broadway Intensive is kicking off our now, first season.
Summer 2023 brings opportunities beyond the average for those seeking the real deal behind how to break into the performance industry, obtain a manager or agent, and work professionally on stage, including Broadway, in film, on TV, in Commercials, in Commercial Print, in Commercial Dance, Voice Over, and more.
So many extremely talented young people have what is necessary to take the next step and ultimately realize their dream of being on Broadway, in Films, on TV, in Commercials, or dancing on tour with a famous artist. ...to have a healthy career in the arts. And sadly they never take that leap of faith, to give themselves the opportunity.

Launch is led by a family of performers with 45+ years of experience in all aspects of the industry. Our passion for helping studios; dancers, singers, and actors excel and reach their full potential is fueled by an innate need to give every talented artist a chance. To give them a better understanding of how to make things happen for themselves.

We are here to help everyone and to share the details of how to get started, how to get professional representation, how to get in the room, in front of the right people...what to do now, today, tomorrow, and how to navigate this elusive industry successfully for their future.
This is our passion. This is our goal.
